Dear Backoffice/Support Team, I would like to report a usability issue I’m encountering when manually entering commodity transactions into the app, specifically with gold purchases. When adding a transaction, the app requests a date and time to fetch the standard price per unit (in this case, USD per troy ounce). However, I purchase gold from a European dealer, meaning the transaction is made in EUR and measured in kilograms. This leads to several complications: 1. I first need to convert the weight from kilograms to troy ounces. 2. The app then uses a USD/OZ price which I must manually adjust until the total transaction value in EUR matches what I actually paid. 3. This results in minor discrepancies and makes the process unnecessarily time-consuming and error-prone. Feature request: It would be highly beneficial to have an option to: • Enter the weight in grams or troy ounces, and • Specify the price per unit directly in EUR (instead of relying on automatic USD pricing conversion). This would greatly streamline the process for users who purchase commodities in non-USD currencies and non-OZ units. Thank you for considering this suggestion to improve usability for international investors.
